Returns and Refunds Policy
At Dejawow, we deeply value our customers and their satisfaction. While we do not offer refunds or returns, we do provide a hassle-free exchange facility to ensure you get the perfect fit and quality you expect from us.
Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery of your order.
Exchanges are available in cases of:
Size / fit issues
Defective or damaged products received
Incorrect product delivered
To raise an exchange request, kindly submit the Exchange Request Form available in your Dejawow account under your order details, or contact us at support@dejawow.in with your Order ID and issue details.
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure:
The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact.
The product is shipped back in the same condition it was received.
Exchanges are valid for one time only per order.
Note: Products purchased during Sale/Discount events or marked as Final Sale are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Process
Once you submit the exchange request, our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your registered shipping address, subject to courier availability.
If reverse pickup is not available at your location, we may request you to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
Upon receiving the returned product, our Quality Check team will inspect it.
If approved, your requested size/product will be shipped to you, subject to availability.
Shipping Policy
Free shipping across India for all prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders (with an additional fee of ₹100).
Delivery timeline: 3–7 business days (may vary depending on your location and courier availability).
Please note that delays may occur due to external factors like strikes, weather, or courier service issues.
Important Notes
Exchange requests raised after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Products must be returned in original condition, else the exchange will be denied.
Exchanges are not applicable on customized or made-to-order products.
A product can be exchanged only once per order.
International Orders
Currently, exchanges are not available for international shipments.
